Everyone worldwide is trying to deal with this pandemic, shut-downs and quarantines.  We applaud all those in the medical field, grocery stores, food industry, and all essential businesses risking their health everyday to provide for their community. While trying to stay indoors as much as possible, working from home if we can, and taking care of our children, we were moved to do what we could to help small businesses in Aptos/Santa Cruz. Photographers by trade, we would like to donate our services at no cost by photographing the owner or the face of the business in front of their door with a telephoto lens (10-15 feet away), more than the recommended social distance, and feature some of our local businesses such as restaurants offering to-go orders, local artists, with those who are still able to offer a service/products during this time, especially those who have employees. We want to draw attention to these small businesses with a feature and interview about how Santa Cruz can support them, beginning on March 31, 2020.
